We all recognize that a strong culture of trust is essential for any team to maximize its impact and success. When trust is present, people feel valued, fulfilled, and motivated—and they stay longer. Yet despite knowing its importance, trust often remains difficult to build, challenging to sustain, and even harder to repair when it falters.

Trust can feel abstract or intangible, but it doesn’t have to be. In this team session, we break trust down into a clear, practical framework with four key components. This framework offers a concrete way to reflect on how trust is built—and how it erodes—so leaders can take intentional action rather than relying on guesswork or hope.

By exploring each component and practicing specific moves to ensure these elements of trust are alive on our teams, you will gain insight into what you already do well and where you can grow. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how trust shows up in everyday interactions and with tools you can use immediately to strengthen trust across your team.

This session blends research-based content with role plays, discussion, and practical application. Participants will walk away with strategies they can implement the very next day—and a mindset that will support them throughout their careers as they build and maintain healthy, thriving teams.
